The village of Benwick has a wonderful visitor mooring from which you can explore the village. The village boosts a pub The Five Alls and a shop. As you walk from the mooring into the village you will pass a pill box that has been converted to a bat roost which houses information about the villages war time past as a Type Q dummy airfield.
